Q: What does the heart beside my tigress’ name mean?
A: The heart beside your tigress’ name means that she is in heat and is able to have cubs.

Q: My tiger has 0% energy and 0% hunger. What do I do?
A: You can get game for your tiger by either going to (‘Map’) then to (‘Game Sales’) and purchasing it from other members, or by transferring it from one tiger of yours to another. When transferring, be sure to transfer it to the correct territory first, and then to the hungry tiger. Or, if you are a premium, you are able to use the Special Items Shop where you can find in Map, you can raise your tiger’s energy and or wellness with the potions.

Q: My tiger’s wellness just dropped! Is this a bug?
A: Be sure to check your tiger’s history- it was probably attacked.

Q: Can my tigers die?
A: Adult tigers can only die of old age (at 240 days), but cubs stand a chance of being killed by older tigers until the day they turn four days old.

Q: My salary was 2,000 pp a day and suddenly it dropped to 500 pp!
A: This is because your premium expired. Premium members get 2000pp a day, basic members get 500pp a day.

Q: Tigris time is weird… what time zone is it in?
A: Tigris is in India time.

Q: When is day change on Tigris?
A: At 4:00 p.m. Tigris time.

Q: Why won’t it let me challenge the tiger in my tiger’s territory?
A: Your tiger is probably too young to challenge, or you’re wellness/energy is too low.

Q: Why can’t my tiger catch game?
A: Hunting is based both upon luck and your tiger’s stats. The higher his stats are, the more likely he’ll get a successful kill.

Getting Started

So, I see that you have decided to join Tigris! But right now, you’re probably wondering what you’re supposed to do first, right? Well, don’t worry! We have just the guide for you. So sit back, relax, and be sure to pay attention!
The Basics
1. First off, you need to aquire a tiger. There are two ways to get your first tiger. The first way is to go to (‘Map’) then click (‘Create a Tiger’). The species you choose doesn’t matter- they are all equal. The second way to obtain a tiger is to go to (‘Map’) then to (‘Tiger Sales’). This way is recommended as the tiger stats are generally higher than those from Create a Tiger, and normally carry/show more genes, but be sure not to get ripped off if you choose this option.

2. Next, your tiger needs to fght and hunt. Go to (‘home’) the click on your tiger’s name. You can then start upgrading your tiger’s stats however you want. Strength, attack, defense, and agility affect your tiger’s fighting ability. Strength, attack, speed, and stealth affect its hunting stats. The higher your stats, the more likely you are to catch game or to when a fight with another tiger.

3. Now, you probably are running low on funds and you need to make some pp (player points). In order to do so, you should collect your daily salary and interest from the bank, play games (remember that the money from games automatically goes into your bank), or find pp by exploring.

Survival Tips

* Make sure that you put any money you earn into the bank right away. Remember, if people attack your tiger they can steal your money too!
* Save your money. Play games daily, try to sell art if you are good at it, explore, or attack other members tigers for money.
* Retire and delete any weak tigers you own. You will recieve a small cash reward for it and the satisfaction of knowing you just did something to help Tigris’ server out.
* Don’t be shy! Chat on the forums, roleplay, come and talk to us in the chatbox! We won’t bite. Trust me, you’ll regret not meeting our community.

If cubs are not suckled, they will lose strength and stamina points. Cubs may play once day, though every five minutes there is chance that they will be allowed to play, so every once in a while you can try playing with your cubs and see if the option has reopened.
Up to 3 days of age, cubs that are attacked may be injured or killed. If only injured, you can go to the Pharmacist to get medicine to administer to the cubs.
After 3 days of age, a cub may explore, hunt, and fight; he can also eat solid food, but the food must come from his mother’s den in that territory.
After 7 days of age, a cub may leave the territory.

Every 5 minutes, he/she will lose 1% hunger.
Energy can also be raised by drinking at the water hole, that will raise energy by 1% per time; beware, however, that if the tiger is hungry he will not gain this energy. This can potentially keep a tiger from doing any actions because of having no energy and no hunger; if this happens, another player or tiger will have to give some game to the hungry tiger in order for it to revive, or game can be bought from other players.

There are three reasons why tigers would fight: to challenge another tiger’s control of a territory, to attack a den and take the other tiger’s game, or to attack another tiger while exploring the territory. In all these senarios, the fighting occurs in the same way.
If while exploring a territory a tiger comes upon a tiger cub and decides to attack, he will have to fight the mother if the mother is still in the same territory; if she is not, the cub is automatically killed or injured. If the mother loses the fight, the cub is killed or injured.
The winner of a fight is determined by the addition of both parties’ strength, attack, defense, agility, and stamina skills, as well as their levels, energy, and health. The tiger with the highest stats wins, so it is important to keep energy and health as high as possible when expecting an attack or trying to attack another tiger.
The results are the following~
If the loser’s level is greater than the winner’s level, the winner receives 8 experience points and the loser receives 4 exp.
If the loser’s level is the same, they both receive 4 experience points.
if the loser’s level is less than the winner’s level, the loser receives 8 experience points and the winner receives 4.
Both parties lose 30 divided by the their stamina level of energy.
Both tiger’s lose health depending on how high the other tiger’s level is compared to theirs.
The winning player takes 5% of the player points held by the loser player.

After the daily update, a tiger may explore his territory for 50 times. However, every 5 minutes, 1 time is taken off of what has been used by exploring, up to a maximum of 50. So if a tiger has explored 40 times, he has 10 times left, in five minutes he will be able to explore another 11 times.
While exploring, there are three things that can happen: player points may be found, another tiger can be found (if another is in the same territory), or game can be found (if there is free game in that territory). If another tiger is found, the tiger may be left alone or attacked. If game is found, it may be ignored or hunted down.

The island of Tigris is divided into 16 regions, each of which consist of 100 territories. These territories are controlled by one tiger and one streak [not necessarily the tiger who currently holds the territory's streak], and is where the tigers live and hunt. Currently only Regions 1, 2, 3, and 5 are open.
The territories have symbols that tell you how many tigers and how much game is available to catch.
= There is a tiger in the region. The longer the red bar is, the more tigers are there.
= There is free game in the region. The longer the green bar is, the more game is there.
Tigers can move from one territory to another if you choose to. After clicking (‘World’) and clicking a region, you will find all the territories of the region. Click one of these and you will have the option to move in. This costs 10% energy.
Once you move into a territory, you have the option to raid other tigers’ dens for game.
